You can pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring that you only pay for the services when you actually have work available. It allows you to optimize your budget while ensuring you receive exceptional email marketing services precisely when you need them.

Once you're a member, you can add an unlimited amount of design requests to your queue. We'll process them in order, delivering each one as soon as possible.

Typically, we complete most requests within two days or even less. However, please note that more complex requests may require additional time.

We understand that your workload may not always require a full month's worth of service. If you currently have only one or two requests, pausing your subscription becomes a convenient option.

Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Let's say you sign up and utilize the service for 21 days, but then decide to pause your subscription. In this scenario, the billing cycle will be paused as well, and you'll have 10 days of unused service remaining. These remaining days can be utilized at any time in the future when you have more requests.

We have extensive experience working with a wide range of popular email platforms such as Klaviyo, MailChimp, Shopify, Hubspot, and Marketo. Additionally, we utilize the Google suite, including Google Analytics, to provide audience segments and valuable data insights.

With Shopificity, you have plenty of flexibility in how you request work through Trello. Our clients commonly choose to submit their requests directly on Trello, share Google docs or wireframes, or even record a concise Loom video. Essentially, if it can be linked or shared within Trello, you're free to utilize it.
